I went to Eva at Alterations Inc to fix and finish my alterations that were started by another seamstress that works out of her house who offered really cheap prices. Eva did an incredible job to make my gown fit amazing. She fixed everything the other seamstress messed up and my dress didn't even look like it had been altered. Eva did a great job and I have taken some jeans and a leather jacket to be altered since and she did a wonderful job on everything. I couldn't be more happy and will use them for all my alterations in the future

GREAT PLACE!! I had my bridesmaids dress altered here and they did a phenomenal job! The dress looked flawless, you would never even have known it had been altered. I was a last minute addition to the wedding and I was worried that I wouldn’t have time to get the dress fitted but they were really helpful and understanding and got me in for a fitting in no time and had the dress completed in plenty of time for the wedding. I was so impressed that after the wedding I brought my ten year old son in and had all of his pants hemmed and fitted ( kids jeans just never fit right lol ) again they did a great job and when I went to pick up the pants I brought in a pair of my own to be hemmed, they did it on the spot while I waited! Now that is customer service!!

Alterations Inc. made my wedding dreams complete! I got engaged in September and we wanted our dream beach wedding on November. I was able to customize my dress with Lupe. She turned the vision I had in my head into an amazing custom wedding dress. Additionally, she customized my fiancé 's wedding shirt.

I would recommend Alterations Inc to all brides, you can get your dream custom gown so much faster and cheaper!

I wanted to take the time to send you this email to commend you on the excellent work you have done for me. I am a technician at a car dealer and very rarely hear how well we actually do our job and want to let you know how well you do yours.

I am a very tough customer to please. I like things done to exacting specifications (hence why I am a technician) and done in a reasonable amount of time. Your company has truly underpromised and overdelivered. I dropped off some alterations and wanted some work done for articles that have sentimental value to me, so price was not a concern. You were communicative, fairly priced, and accomplished the work in less than the estimate, without sacrificing craftsmanship. You are truly professionals and should be proud of the work you do.

Highly Recommended (Yelp 2010 review)

I highly recommend this place for any of your alterations needs. They have done an amazing job on all my suits that I have brought in.

The service is friendly and the staff seems pretty knowledgeable about just about everything pertaining to alterations.

If you need something altered I can't imagine you finding a place better in the valley then Alterations Inc?

Incredible Seamtresses (Yelp 2010 review)

The seamstresses here are just incredible. I was a bit nervous about my dress because I bought it at a great consignment store at a great price. However, I wanted to make a lot of changes and wasn't sure they could be done.

They were so patient with me and spent the time to discuss every detail. Even when I changed my mind several times, they just kept rolling with the punches. I really felt like they truly want to make sure this was a special experience for me. They made me feel special.

Great alterations, Charming staff

When I received a bridesmaid dress in the mail and found that it was 2 sizes too big I didn't know what I would do. I blindly called a few alteration stores, and came across a woman that was very helpful on the phone, so I took a chance and got lucky. The woman was so helpful and friendly, and the dress turned out wonderful at a fair price. The store is small and inviting and no appointments are necessary.

Last minute life saver

I had to get a dress altered for a wedding I was in and was completely procrastinating; by the time I got around to looking for a place to take it, I only had a few days left before the event. I happened to find Alterations Inc. close to home and they were able to finish the dress beautifully and quickly.

ALWAYS Great work - Makes me look like I have custom made clothing

I have been going to Alterations Inc since I was a kid. Had my prom dress altered, wedding dress and almost everything else you can image. I have always been thrilled with the results.

I moved to Chicago for a 5 years ago and never did find a seamstress there I was happy with. Moved home to Phoenix back in February and was surprised to find them in the same location and with the same seamstresses. What luck. SO VERY HAPPY THEY ARE STILL HERE DOING THE SAME QUALITY

WOW!!!!! WHAT A FIND‎

I am new in town and have a difficult to fit body. I loved my tailor in NY. I have tried a few tailors in town but wasn't 100% satisfied, UNTIL ... a friend told me about Alterations Inc. She has been going there for over 15 years.

I have been going to Alterations Inc for over 10 years. They have ALWAYS done and fabulous job from minor to difficult and intricate alterations. Good prices and excellent seamstresses that I understand have been there over 10 years.
